Students, staff, faculty, internal and student organizations must adhere to the following protocol prior to using any 91³ÉÈË trademark/logo or verbiage.
SELECT A LICENSED VENDOR
All products bearing 91³ÉÈË's trademarks/logo must be purchased from a licensed vendor. All product created must meet the University's brand and quality standards.
For a list of licensed vendors, click here.
If the vendor you would like to work with is not on the licensed vendor list please contact Claudia Fischer, trademarks and licensing coordinator, for assistance at 724.738.2136 or via email: claudia.fischer@sru.edu.
ARTWORK SUBMISSION TO LICENSED VENDOR
You must submit your artwork directly to the licensed vendor when placing your order. The vendor will submit the artwork via CLC Brand Manager 360 system for approval by the 91³ÉÈË Trademark and Licensing Office.
Allow ample approval time to prevent any confusion or delays with your orders.
INAPPROPRIATE USE OF TRADEMARKS
91³ÉÈË trademarks may not be altered in any way. They may not be used in conjunction with the name or trademark(s) of any other entity without prior written permission of that entity and the University.
No one other than 91³ÉÈË may claim copyright or trademark rights or seek to register any design that uses 91³ÉÈË's trademarks.
All uses of 91³ÉÈË's trademarks on products will incorporate trademark designation symbols (i.e. ® TM), unless otherwise approved by Trademark and Licensing.
Licensed product purchased by University organizations is subject to a royalty fee unless a written exemption is issued to the licensed vendor by 91³ÉÈË Licensing or CLC prior to production.
