Hazing and Organization Misconduct
91³ΙΘΛ has the highest expectations for all members of its student community, including student clubs, organizations, programs, and teams. 91³ΙΘΛ will investigate specific allegations of group misconduct to the fullest extent of our internal disciplinary process, and when necessary, partner with law enforcement and/or outside entities such as organization national offices.
Hazing is strictly prohibited by federal law, Pennsylvania law, and 91³ΙΘΛ policy. Each of these are linked below. Both the federal and Pennsylvania hazing laws require 91³ΙΘΛ to publish periodic reports on all hazing violations by students and organizations.
