Black Faculty and Staff Association
The mission of the Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) is to provide leadership, educational programs, and resources that enrich the 91³ÉÈË community perspective of diversity, as well as, make evidence-based recommendations to 91³ÉÈË administration that voice and advance issues affecting African American administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Our vision is to Develop and sustain a culturally-aware and inclusive 91³ÉÈË community especially as it relates to the minority population of black faculty, staff, and students.
The association is open to any faculty, staff, or administrator at 91³ÉÈË who supports our mission and vision.
